Red Dragon Card Catcher Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting
The primary thing you’ll need to make sure is that you’ve loaded up the Red Dragon Card Catcher first, and clicked START CATCHING before you have the Red Dragon Poker client application or your emulator running. If you do not do this, you likely will not have proper hand history capture, and thus a HUD will not load.
This is the recommended sequencing to get the Red Dragon Card Catcher to work:
1. Run emulator(s) (wait when it’s loaded)
2. Start catcher (click start button)
3. Run RD
4. Wait until the status of the emulator is ready in the catcher.
5. Join table
DriveHUD Users
If you’re not seeing a HUD, Close Drivehud, your Red Dragon Poker client app and/or emulator and the Red Dragon Card Catcher. Open Drivehud up first, open up your Red Dragon Card Catcher and click START CATCHING. Then load your Red Dragon Poker client application and/or emulator. Wait for one full hand to be played before you see a HUD.
