Ignition Card Catcher Send Log Instructions

We need to see your Card Catcher logs.

Open the Card Catcher and click on settings. Click on the CREATE LOGS button. The Card Catcher will then create the logs and zip them.

When the files are complete, you’ll get a message that they are save in the Card Catcher directory with a hyperlink to the folder button (click on the folder text). This will open up file explorer.

In there you’ll see a file that will roughly be named something like this: bcc-logs-2016-11-15-16-44-44.zip.

It will have the date of when you created it and it will be a ZIP file (end in .zip).

Send this file back to us at support and we’ll have a developer look at your issue.

Ignition Card Catcher Preferred Seating

Do you have preferred seating enabled on your poker client? If so, you need to enable your preferred seating in the catcher as well.

Please see below from the manual:

  • Preferred Seating – If you want to set up preferred seating, then select the table type from the first drop down (heads-up, 6-max, or full ring).
  • Then select the seat number you’d prefer to have. Mouse over the ‘?’ for the identify seat to see a seat number location on Bodog/Ignition.
  • To complete your preferred seat setup, login to Bodog/Ignition.
  • Click SETTINGS. Then select GAMEPLAY SETTINGS from the top tab, and select SEATING. Then choose the same location you selected in the card catcher on Bodog/Ignition.
  • If you’re using Holdem Manager 2, you also need to select the preferred seating in your HUD configuration.
  • No further setup if needed if you’re using PokerTracker 4.

Ignition Card Catcher HM2 import errors

You need to have known hole cards turned off in settings on the converter unless you are running version .8079 of HM2.

If you have a newer version than this you can either:

1) Turn off known hole cards in settings on the converter.
2) Downgrade to version .8079 of HM2 (downgrade link provided in the converter)

Make sure you are importing into HM2 from the correct folder as well. Some people import from the processed hand folder, and you want to make sure you’re importing from the output directory.

Please follow these steps:

1. Close the Card Catcher.

2. Delete the file called ‘BovadaCashNL.lic’ (or a similar filename(s)) stored in ‘C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses’ and try registering again.

This file is hidden by default, so most people think that no files exist in that folder. Click here for walkthrough – Tutorial, how to unhide hidden files.

In Windows 7, when you have windows explorer open, simply click ORGANIZE in the top left menu, and then select ‘Folder and search options’. Go to the VIEW tab, and then check ‘Show hidden files and folders’ and uncheck ‘Hide protected operating system files’ in ‘Folder Options’.

3. If you are using XP check for this folder for the ‘BovadaCashNL.lic’: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\

4. Run Ignition Card Catcher. Re-register it.

How do I resolve my license error?

You can go to the page below, enter your serial to reset your activation, and then re-register your product:

If you reset your license, and it’s still not working, then simply delete your license file, and then re-register:
